My step-father passed away in late October. He had Lymphoma. We thought he had it beat but the cancer came back stronger and faster. He and I were close. My mom is a wreck right now. I chose to move back in with her for the time being to provide moral support and help her with whatever I can around the house. So yeah, I live with my mom right now. The name's Ryan. I just moved back to Ohio after living in Pittsburgh for some time. Being back in the town I grew up in is nice. Although most of my old friends have moved, or I've lost contact with them, so I decided to keep this profile around.

I have a pretty wide range of interests, with a bit of a geeky side. I play plenty of video games, watch a little anime, and have a thing for history. I also enjoy getting out once in a while. Camping, fishing, hiking; I love them all. More recently I started getting into shooting (no hunting, it ties in with my thing for history, I love those old WWII rifles). Those are just the basics, but at least it gives you some idea of what I'm into.

I'm not gonna try to describe my personality too much here, since perception differs, but I've been described as easy going, kind, honest, sarcastic, and depending on who I'm with either playful and cheerful or way too quiet for my own good.

As for what I'm looking for? I'd prefer to try and find something that turns into a long-term relationship, but I don't think you can really search for or try to force that kind of thing, it just has to happen on its own. I dont even know where to start. I am born and raised in Cleveland. I went to Cleveland State and recieved a bachelor degree. I am someone who has my shit together. I also expect the same. I enjoy my work(Commercial Insurance Sales) and have been very successful at it, hanging out with my friends, playing basketball, judo, traveling, working out, red wine, eating out, sleeping, exploring new areas/restaraunts, going to the beach, and much more. Welcome to my profile page. My name is Terry. I'm a fan of the cleveland sports teams and follow them often. I also played on sports teams even through high school ranging from football to basketball. I often follow sports around the U.S. including the NFL, NBA, and MLB. The only sport I don't follow is hockey, but I don't think anyone does anyway (admit it, you could care less about it). Also, I don't follow soccer and NASCAR, but I get the feeling I'm not alone on that boat. I also enjoy to surf the net, exercise and run often, and spending time with friends. I have three older brothers that I also hang out with when they're in town. When i'm out with friends or family, I try to get a good laugh out of them. Shows like Family Guy, The Daily Show, and The Colbert Report get a good chuckle out of me. My favorite comedian of all-time is Chris Farley, and I know he's dead, but I still find him to be hilarious. I'm currently employed at caribou coffee, so if you need some espresso, I'm the guy to go to. I've worked in the coffee shop since '07 and since then, I've learned how to deal with different types of personalities and different characters, so if you think I wouldn't get where you're coming from, don't worry, I do. For fun, I play poker both online at Full Tilt and in person wherever there's a tournament in town. I have played poker for more than a few years and playing for as long as I have has allowed me to be more observant and make me even more of a people person that I already am. It has also allowed me to improve my ability to read other peoples tells, or body language. So i'll know when someone is telling the truth to me and when they're not. It also allows me to know when someone is truly interested, if they feel the night is going well, or even how they're feeling. I'm seen (and told often) that I'm quite a gentleman and try not to let that down. I'm not one of those weirdo on to catch a predator or anything like that. If i were, would I really be on here?
